These terms clearly define the conditions for using the “SentinelAid” legal investigation system to cooperate with intelligence agencies in the recovery of private assets and online legal advice.
Scope of Services
SentinelAid provides private case intake, evidence organization, transaction review, cyber-forensic support, asset tracing analysis, and recovery-route consultation for victims of online scams, fraudulent platforms, wire fraud, crypto fraud, romance scams, and related digital financial abuse.
No Government, Law Firm, or Financial Institution Status
SentinelAid is a private forensic consultancy. We are not a government agency, law firm, bank, broker-dealer, exchange, licensed financial institution, or law enforcement body. Case materials and forensic reports may support escalation, reporting, or review, but any formal legal action should be handled by qualified legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
No Guaranteed Recovery
Recovery depends on transfer speed, available evidence, recipient accounts, exchange or bank cooperation, jurisdiction, and technical feasibility. No outcome is guaranteed.
Evidence Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information. False, altered, or incomplete evidence can prevent meaningful review and may terminate service eligibility.
Restricted Requests
We do not assist with hacking, unauthorized access, account takeover, seed phrase extraction, retaliatory attacks, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.
Credential Safety
Never share private keys, wallet seed phrases, exchange passwords, bank passwords, one-time codes, or remote desktop access unless independently verified through a formal secure process.
Client Responsibilities
- Preserve all relevant screenshots, transaction hashes, wallet addresses, bank receipts, platform URLs, emails, chat records, and identity claims.
- Avoid deleting accounts, chats, emails, wallet records, or platform messages before review.
- Do not send additional money to suspected scammers, fake recovery agents, or platforms requesting unlock fees.
- Confirm any required professional legal, tax, banking, or financial advice through qualified independent professionals.
Fees and Engagement
Any paid engagement, scope, fee, reporting deliverable, timeline, or third-party cost should be confirmed separately in writing. Website content alone does not create a paid engagement or professional-client relationship.
Third-Party Platforms
Banks, exchanges, payment processors, hosting providers, messaging apps, and government portals operate under their own procedures. We cannot control their review speed, decisions, account actions, or evidence standards.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with security features, scrape or republish content without permission, impersonate another person, submit malicious files, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SentinelAid is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from website use, consultation, third-party platform decisions, failed recovery attempts, delayed action by banks or exchanges, or incomplete information submitted by a user.
